Ok when you log in you may notice you dont have a guild

Well the problem was me messing with the dam database.

Result of me messing is:

1. Guild are still there just have to reapply

2. Will not get kick anymore when server restart that was fixed

SO we are happy to say there is no more bugs as of now with guilds.
