I think it would be a great idea to have the sellback rates moved up a little it would be easier then farming and alot more profitable, instead of having it at 10% we should put it to around 50-100% it would just make farming alot easier thanks.

And also we might think about putting some of the higher lvl Lapis like flash lapis, poisen lapis, illness lapis ect into a team boss or something and putting link hammers and lucky charm in the accessory shop

Yup, Linking hammers and Lucky charms would be good in the merchants. Little background on Those items, linking hammers on US sell for approx 80-89 mil, Lucky charms about 50mil.
Though i'm thinking, as Flash was an event item on US, we should do something similar like that.
