Npc selling heroic instead of normal gear

Right now we are working on chaning the NPC to sell heroic instead of normal gear

Time release: 2-3 days at max

Expect a Maintance when this will happen and a patch.

The status on this is So far the Darkie side npc ( weapon mechant and protection mechant are DONE)

Working now on light side NPC. ( weapon mechangt and protection mechant are DONE)
